This could be due to a number of reasons:

  • If you have outstanding payments on your account, we reserve the right to charge your card to retrieve these.
  • If you have any outstanding charges (PCN's that cannot be appealed, accident excess, vehicle expense requests) we also reserve the right to charge your card for this.
  • We will also charge your account for PCNs that cannot be appealed, such as bus lane contraventions. For PCNs that can be appealed, we will transfer liability to your name and you may challenge them as you wish. Please get in contact with us within 72 hours of receiving the PCN notification, if this is the case.

You can view a list of your payments by logging into your Driver Dashboard and going to your 'Payments' section and choosing 'Past Payments'

You may update or change your payment card at any point during your subscription by going to your 'Payment Cards' in your 'Profile'
