Please follow these steps:

2. Double check that you have uploaded each document in the exact format in which you received it and to the correct field and that all four corners of each document are visible. Please note that taking a screenshot of the attachments we have sent you will reduce the quality of the images and Uber may reject them for being too blurry.

3. Even if you are sure you have not made a mistake, please re-upload each document in the correct format to the correct field. Uber occasionally rejects documents for no identifiable reason and only re-uploading will sort out the problem.

4. Check the dates on all of the documents.

If your documents are rejected again, please get in contact with Uber, who will advise you on the best course of action.
