If your subscription is nearing the end and you’ve confirmed you don’t want to extend in your current car, there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure your return runs smoothly.
One of the first things to do will be to organise whether you’ll be dropping the car back at the supplier or arranging a collection. We’ll be in touch before the end of your subscription to help arrange this with you. Please click the links here for collections or drop-offs to find out more information.
Upon the end of your subscription, the car must also be returned in the correct condition. Please check that you ensure the car meets the criteria outlined below ahead of the return.
You must return the car with the same level of fuel it had at the start of your subscription. This should have been noted at the point of check-in. Empty tank returns may be subject to a fee.
CLEANING THE CAR
You must make sure your car has been cleaned prior to your return. Failure to clean the car prior to drop-off may result in a fee.
Once the car comes back to the supplier, it will be assessed for any damages, excluding fair wear and tear that you can read here
Any damage claims made by the supplier will be accompanied by supporting evidence and will be assessed by Drover. We will be in touch with you via email to give you fair opportunity to dispute the damage.
