Drover has partnered with Cox Automotive to provide a part exchange service for your current car. It's as easy as providing some information about the condition of your car, Manheim Inspection Services (MIS) come and inspect the car and collect it, you then receive credit for your Drover account and the option to refund some as cash too. 

The process is:

  1. We provide a valuation for your car using the most accurate description you can provide, if the description is inaccurate the sale will be cancelled and you will receive a cancellation fee of £200
  2. You decide how much you want to convert into credit and cash (Note: A mandatory minimum of £1000 from the sale is converted in Drover credits). For any credit you choose to add to your account over the £1000 minimum, Drover will top up by 5%.
  3. The appraisal and collection is booked at your home or place of work (you must be available from 8am - 6pm). The inspector will check the condition of the car against that which you gave over the phone. If they are satisfied they will take your car away.
  4. Once your car is collected, Drover will add the credit immediately to your account and your cash refund will be paid within 5 working days
