What is a subject access request?
A Subject Access Request is your legal right to obtain the personal information held about you by an organization free of charge.
How do I make a request?
To make this request please complete the attached form and send it to us. To make the request valid you will need to provide proof of identification and proof of address.
Do I have to pay to make a request?
As of May 25th 2018 you can make this request free of charge. Drover are permitted however to charge administrative costs if you request more than one copy or if your request is found to be manifestly unfounded or excessive.
What happens when you make a request
Upon receipt of a valid request, Drover are will respond within one month. This can be extended by a further two months if the request is complex and numerous.
