What is a data deletion request?

A data deletion request is your legal right to request that Drover deletes the personal data we hold about you. This is known as the 'right to erasure' and was introduced under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) in May 2018.

How do I make a request?

To make this request please e-mail us at partners@joindrover.com with the subject 'Request to delete personal data'.

What happens when you make a request?

Upon receipt of a deletion request, Drover will respond to you via e-mail with the outcome of your request within one month.

Please note that due to our regulatory status, Drover must comply with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. These requirements may take legal precedence over the GDPR and can require us to retain identification data for a minimum of 5 years. For more information please read our privacy policy. Data integrity is central to our commitment to the fair treatment of our customers, and we would like to assure you that all customer data we are legally obliged to retain is held securely to the highest standards.
