Please find below information regarding our cancellation policy and the process of ending your subscription.

Monthly rolling subscriptions

You can end your subscription free of charge up to 7 days prior to the beginning of your subscription by way of written notice sent via email to partners@joindrover.com.

You may only end your monthly rolling subscription subscription at the end of any given billing month. If you wish to end your subscription before this date or in the middle of the month, you will still be liable to pay until the end of the monthly billing period.

If you end your subscription without giving 7 days notice prior to the beginning of the next renewal month, you may be liable to pay the cost of the full subscription fee for the following month, minus the cost of insurance.

 

Minimum Commitment subscriptions

Drover maintains a 72-hour notice period at the start of your subscription, in which if you wish to return or swap your car, you shall be able to at the end of the first billing month without incurring the below cancellation fees. You will be liable to pay for the first billing month in full, as well as any reasonable costs associated with returning the vehicle. You will need to let us know by way of written notice via email to partners@joindrover.com within 72 hours of the subscription start date.

If you wish to cancel a 2 - 12 month minimum commitment subscription after the 72-hour notice period  this will incur a cancellation fee (please refer to the table below). To cancel, you must let us know by way of written notice sent via email to partners@joindrover.com. If 7 days notice before your next billing month is not given, you may also be liable to pay the subscription fee for the following month minus the insurance cost.
