Your deposit will be eligible for refund 21 days after the last day of your subscription. We need to keep your deposit for a minimum of 21 days, because any potential traffic, parking fines or fees for damages will first need to be cleared.
To get your deposit back, follow these steps:
- Wait for an automated email from us that will arrive in your inbox 21 days after the end of your last subscription.
- Click on the link in the email.
- Log in to your Drover account and click "Return my Deposit". (If the button is greyed out, this is because 21 days have not yet passed. Please try again once the 21-day period has ended.)
- Clicking "Return my Deposit" will immediately release your deposit and it will be on its way into the account from which you originally paid it. Please note your bank may take 3-5 days to clear the payment.
If 21 days have passed and you'd prefer for us to keep your deposit because you'd like to come back to us in the future, this is also fine.
If we believe you owe us rent or other funds, we may freeze your deposit until the dispute is settled. If we conclude you owe us money, this may result in us deducting the appropriate amount from your deposit.
