Drover's Cancellation Policy
Weekly rolling subscriptions
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the beginning of your booking or your renewal week by way of written notice sent via email to email@example.com. Please note that calling our customer service number will not be accepted as proof of cancellation, only an email to firstname.lastname@example.org will suffice for this purpose.
If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your start time or renewal time you will be liable for a cancellation fee equal to the full rental fee for the following week minus the cost of insurance.
These cancellation rules are applicable to your first week as well as any automatic renewal week.
All cancellation fees will be charged at the point of cancellation. Cancellation fees cannot be withdrawn from the damage deposit held by Drover.
Minimum Commitment Subscriptions
If you cancel a 4- to 12-week fixed-term booking before your scheduled drop-off date, please do so 72 hours prior to the beginning of the applicable renewal week to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the full rental fee for the following week minus the insurance cost of £58.50.
In addition, if you cancel a fixed-term booking before your scheduled drop-off date, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee depending on the length of your booking.
