Your deposit is refunded 21 days after the last day of your subscription. We need to keep your deposit for a minimum of 21 days, because any traffic or parking fines can take this long to reach us.
To get your deposit back, follow these steps:
1. Wait for an automated email from us that will arrive in your inbox 21 days after the end of your last subscription.
2. Click on the link in the email.
3. Log in to your Drover account and click "Return my Deposit". (If the button is greyed out, this is because 21 days have not yet passed. Please try again once the 21-day period has ended.)
4. Clicking "Return my Deposit" will immediately release your deposit and it will be on its way into the account from which you originally paid it. Please note your bank may take 3-5 days to clear the payment.
If we believe you owe us rent or other funds, we may freeze your deposit until the dispute is settled. If we conclude you owe us money, we may deduct the appropriate amount from your deposit.
