Once you've made a subscription and want to pick up your car, here's what you need to do
If you want to pick-up the car, you'll need to check whether the fleet partner of your car accepts walk-ins. If you're unsure, please contact our team by using this web form and we'll then get in contact with the fleet partner to check and arrange a good time.
Either you or your additional driver on the policy can pick up the car but you'll need to remember to take your driving license with you. It would be good to have your confirmation email with the registration plate handy!
If an additional driver will be the one to collect the car it would be great if you could please let us know beforehand so that we can also let the fleet partner know.
In your confirmation email, you will find:
- The exact pick-up address
- Contact details for the fleet partner
