A step-by-step guide
We're sad to see you go! But before returning your car, there are a couple of things we'll need from your side to make sure the handover goes as smoothly as possible.
We’ll be in touch before the end of your subscription to help arrange the return with you. You can find more information using these links for collections or drop-offs.
Please make sure your car meets the criteria outlined below ahead of the return.
Fuel
You'll need to return the car with the same level of fuel it had at the start of your subscription. This should have been noted at the point of check-in. Empty tank returns may be subject to a fee.
Cleaning the Car
You'll also need to make sure your car has been cleaned prior to your return. Failure to clean the car prior to drop-off may result in a fee.
Everything else
Please make sure parcel shelves, headrests, mats etc are returned with your car. Everything that was with your car upon delivery will need to be returned to the owner. If these are missing, you will be charged for their replacement.
Then..
Once the car comes back to the supplier, it will be further assessed for any damages, excluding fair wear and tear; you can read more about this here.
Any damage claims made by the supplier will be accompanied by supporting evidence and will be assessed by Drover. We'll be in touch with you via email to give you a fair opportunity to dispute the damage.
