What is a subject access request?
A Subject Access Request is your legal right to obtain the personal information held about you by an organisation free of charge.
How do I make a request?
If you would like to make a subject access request please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To speed up the processing of your request, please specify exactly what information you would like us to provide to you, including any specific interactions, individuals, systems or dates.
Do I have to pay to make a request?
As of May 25th 2018 you can make this request free of charge.
Drover may however charge an administrative cost if you make multiple requests or if your request is found to be manifestly unfounded or excessive.
What happens when you make a request
Upon receipt of a valid request, Drover are will respond within one month. This can be extended by a further two months if the request is complex and numerous.
