If you suspect your car has a mechanical fault, please contact our service & maintenance provider (Fleet Assist) directly on 01480 813836 - they will be able to assist you in getting your car checked.
If you need urgent assistance, you can also find your Breakdown Cover details on your Drover account:

Alternatively, you can refer back to your confirmation email to find the relevant contact for your car's breakdown cover if immediate assistance is needed. We should then be able to arrange an appointment to get the car serviced or repaired if necessary.
