When can I extend my car?
You can extend your car at any point during your subscription, the early the better. However, we need at least 7 days notice prior to your subscription end date in order to process your extension as we may need to re-do some quick approval checks
How can I extend my car?
One of our Renewals team will contact you roughly 3-4 weeks before your subscription is due to end in order to help you decide what to do next. However, if you would like to extend any earlier, reach out to us on 020 3848 4000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be more than happy to help. So you're aware, you will need to contact us in order to extend, this can't yet be processed online
What else do I need to know about extending?
Please bear in mind that our minimum subscription term is one month, you'll only be able to extend for a minimum of one month too
In some cases, the extension price may vary to what you are currently paying. This can be down to either a change in price from our supply partner or a change in your insurance price, our team will help you with this
We can't always guarantee that we'll be able to extend your car as most of our cars have fixed return dates to our supply partners. If this is the case, our Renewals team will help you find a new car when they reach out to you
