We're happy to hear that you're looking to extend your current subscription with us!
Below we've added a how-to video as to how you can extend your current car online in just a few clicks. Unfortunately, not all subscriptions can be extended. If an error page appears, get in touch with our team. We'll be able to investigate this for you.
To extend online:
1. Log in to your Drover account
2. Go to "My subscriptions"
3. Click ""Extend my subscription""
4. Choose how long you would like to extend for and click "Confirm my extension."

If you have any issues extending your subscription online,you can reach out to our team via the blue button on our website and we'll be back with you ASAP.
Please be aware that in order to avoid another driver booking your car, we need at least 7 days notice prior to your subscription end date in order to guarantee your extension.
We also need at least 7 days notice in order to arrange the collection of your car; any last-minute extensions that we need to process due to missed collections or cancelling an extension will be charged the daily pro-rata fees.
Please bear in mind that as our minimum subscription term is one month, you'll only be able to extend for a minimum of one month too.
When you come to extend your subscription please also note that prices may vary to what you are currently paying, which is at the discretion of the fleet partner who manages the car.
