Can I still have my deposit refunded?
Of course! If you started a subscription with us before this date and we still have your deposit, you're able to get this back 21 days after the car you booked and paid the deposit for has been returned. If you've made a new subscription since paying your £300 deposit with us, you're eligible for this to be refunded before returning your current car.
You can reach our team via the blue button below or email email@example.com and a member of our team will be happy to release your deposit after the 21-day mark. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process back into your account, so please bear with us on this.
Our system will automatically refund this to the card it was charged from. If your card has been cancelled in the meantime, our team can provide you with a code to give to the bank to redirect this to your new card.
