If you're looking to update your personal details, you may need assistance from our Customer Success team. Details that can't always be updated directly by customers include:
- Your name
- Address
- Driving License
In order to update any of the details mentioned, please fill in this web-form and attach the following documents to your request:
- Deed Poll (if you've changed your name)
- Proof of Address (this has to be a bank statement, council tax bill or utility bill with your name on it and dated within the past 3 months)
- New Driving License (all four corners must be visible - if the address doesn't match the one on your profile please provide a new proof of address too)
