Every time a vehicle handover is completed (whether it's a delivery or a collection), you'll be asked to sign an inspection document. For deliveries, this is called a "check-in sheet", for collections, it's called a "check-out sheet". This document will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the handover of the car.
Important information on the check-in sheet
- any pre-existing imperfections (make sure it is recorded properly)
- any items delivered with the car (such as puncture repair kit, locking wheel nuts, etc.)
- fuel level upon delivery
- mileage upon delivery
Please keep the check-in sheet safe - you might need it for reference when the time comes to return your car. More details related to what you need to keep in mind when returning your car can be found by clicking here.
If you're unable to find the check-in sheet on your email, you can request a copy using this form and a member of our Customer Success team will then get in touch as soon as possible.
Disclaimer:
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we've implemented a no-contact policy during your handover. This means that the delivery driver will sign the check-sheet on your behalf after performing an inspection. The driver will show you the information and request your consent prior to signing, and use a single line or 'SMH' rather than your name.
