There’s nothing you need to do. Your contract will carry on as normal with no changes to your car subscription.
Can I get a new car subscription?
You can continue to book a Drover car subscription. See available cars.
Can I subscribe to a car from the Cazoo website?
Currently, you can’t subscribe to a Cazoo car, but stay tuned it won’t be long. We’ll email you with the latest updates.
Can I still access my account?
You can continue to use the same login details to access your MyDrover account.
Is my subscription monthly price going to change?
Your contract will carry on as normal, which means there will be no change to your monthly price.
What’s going to happen with my insurance?
Your car insurance will remain the same. If insurance is included in your subscription, you can view your insurance documents in your MyDrover account.
Do I need to provide my documents again or redo any checks?
You don’t need to re-complete any checks, you’ll only need to do your approval checks again if you change or renew your subscription.
